Petermann Ranges
As we travel to Kings Canyon, North along the Luritja Highway, we see this majestic system of features in the landscape. This is known as The Petermann Ranges.
Camping and Hiking in the Petermann Ranges
We camp at Kings Creek Station where we enjoy some traditional Outback Aussie tukka around the campfire, and get a good night’s rest.
Also a part of the Petermann Ranges is Kings Canyon itself, where we hit the Rim Walk before sunrise to avoid that desert heat later.
